- Customer Data: Personal Data submitted by Customer or Authorized Users during use of the Services.

3.4 Counseling Data (if applicable)
Counseling session details, notes, or communications are confidential and accessible only to the licensed professional providing support. This information is never shared with the Employer.

We use Personal Data solely for purposes compatible with delivering and improving the Services, including:
- Operating and maintaining the Services
- Providing well-being insights and recommendations
- Generating aggregated organizational well-being analytics
- Enhancing product features, AI models, and predictive engines

5. Data Shared With Employers
Employers receive only aggregated and anonymized analytics. Employers never receive:
- Individual well-being responses
- Personal assessment-level data
- Mood logs or check-ins
- Counseling session information
We enforce minimum group thresholds to prevent re-identification.
